Trade at the Noorat Show
Showcase your business to thousands of visitors at one of South West Victoria's premier agricultural events.
With over 8,000 visitors each year, the Noorat Show is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business, connect with new customers and generate sales.
How to Apply
Applying is easy.
  1. Complete the appropriate Trade Exhibitor Application Form.
  2. Read the Trade Exhibitors Information Booklet and Terms & Conditions.
  3. Submit all required documentation.
Applications are assessed as they are received.  Successful applications will be notified and an invoice will be issued.
Important Dates
Applications close: Saturday, 1 November
Trade sites are not confirmed until your application has been approved, all required documentation has been received, and payment has been made.
As sites are limited, we encourage early applications. Including photos of your stall or display will strengthen your application. Late applications may be considered if space is available.

Community Fundraising Opportunities
Would your club or community organisation like to raise funds at the 2026 Noorat Show?
We're offering six local clubs and community organisations the opportunity to sell raffle tickets and raise funds during the Show on Saturday, 21 November 2026.
Eligibility is limited to groups from the Noorat, Terang, Camperdown, and Mortlake areas.
It's a great way to be part of one of the district's biggest community events, connect with thousands of visitors, and support your organisation.
How to Apply
Complete the application form below and return it by 5.00 pm, Friday, 24 October 2026.
As only six fundraising sites are available, we encourage you to apply early.
