Applications are now open for Trade Space at the 2025 Noorat Show
Commercial Trade Space
With over 7,000 attendees last year, the Noorat Show promises a fantastic opportunity for a great day’s trading.
To apply:
  • Complete the appropriate application form
  • Read and understand the Trade Exhibitors Information Booklet and Terms and Conditions
  • Provide all required documentation
You will be notified of the outcome of your application and receive an invoice.
Applications close Saturday, 1 November.
Trade space is not secured until all paperwork is complete and payment is received.
Late applications may be considered if space allows and there is no oversupply of similar goods or services. As the process is competitive, early applications with photos are encouraged to support your booking.

Raffle Sites available for Local Community Groups
Each year, we offer 6 trade sites exclusively to local community groups and organizations to run a raffle fundraiser — either for their own cause or a designated charity.
Eligibility is limited to groups from the Noorat, Terang, Camperdown, and Mortlake areas.
If your group would like to apply:
  • Download the Raffle Site Application Form below
  • Submit your completed form as soon as possible
  • Please read the Trade Exhibitors Information Booklet for important details, including bump-in and bump-out times
Applications close at 5 pm on Friday, 17 October.
All applications will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified shortly after the closing date.
