Our Big Shed will be full of delectable tastes, treats and fancy goods from all around the area . . . . from wine, beer and cider tastings, spicy sauces and relishes to home baked goodies, spices and blends. And it's not just food, there's some wonderful specialty craft stalls to investigate as well.
On the Nibble & Nosh Stage local cook Jackie Grant from Jacaranda Kitchen will share some suggestions for available family foods with an Italian flavour; Brad Burkitt from the Terang Bakery will share some secrets for his award winning vanilla slices. Eliza Smith from Full Bloom in Camperdown will demonstrate putting together a beautiful native bouquet and Sue Younis from Port Campbell will talk about her fascinating fascinators and other millinery. Hungry ? If you're hungry, there's our food alley with something to tempt your taste buds, from dumplings to Sri Lankan food to wood fired pizza . . . . and there's plenty of other food around the grounds too . . . hot chips, hamburgers, icecream and more. |
